To book private tours or pre-organized groups
Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Tour bookings made through the website are confirmed only after credit card payment approval.
2. Cancellations must be submitted in writing (by email or through the website’s contact form).
3. Cancellations made up to 7 days before the tour date – full refund minus a 10% handling fee.
4. Cancellations made between 7 and 3 days before the tour – 50% refund.
5. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the tour, or no-show – no refund will be provided.
6. If the tour is canceled by the organizer (including for weather, security, or force majeure reasons), a full refund or an alternative tour date will be offered.
7. In the case of deposits made for private tours, deposits are refunded in the event of force majeure, minus a 5% handling charge.
8. The company reserves the right to update this policy from time to time. The version published on the website at the time of booking shall be binding

רכישת מקומות לסיורים באתר מאושרת לאחר קבלת אישור עסקה מחברת האשראי.

ביטול עסקה יתאפשר בהודעה בכתב (בדוא"ל או באמצעות טופס יצירת קשר באתר).

ביטול שבוצע עד 7 ימים לפני מועד הסיור – החזר מלא בניכוי דמי טיפול של 10% ממחיר העסקה.

ביטול שבוצע בין 7 ל–3 ימים לפני מועד הסיור – החזר של 50%.

ביטול שבוצע בפחות מ־72 שעות לפני הסיור או אי־הגעה – לא יינתן החזר.

במקרה של ביטול הסיור על ידי המארגן (כולל עקב מזג אוויר, ביטחון, או כוח עליון) – יינתן החזר מלא או אפשרות להשתתף במועד חלופי.

במקרה של הפקדות לסיורים פרטיים (Private Tours) – ההפקדה תוחזר במקרה של כוח עליון, בניכוי דמי טיפול של 5%.

החברה רשאית לעדכן את מדיניות הביטולים מעת לעת; הנוסח המחייב הוא זה המתפרסם באתר במועד ההזמנה.
